Novels by Beverley Harper

The following books were all written by Beverley Harper the first book listed was set in Botswana. Her connection with Kwando Safaris runs deeper – her son Piers Harper and his now wife Yvette managed Lebala camp for a period of time. Beverley regrettably passed away in 2002 after a struggle with cancer. We believe these novels will provide you with very appropriate relaxation during your safari. Each of the novels was set in a part of Southern Africa.

Beverley Harper, author of seven novels exploring the majesty that is Africa, features the diamond industry of Botswana in her novel, EDGE OF THE RAIN. Toddler Alex Heron is miraculously rescued from a stalking lion by a passing clan of Kalahari Bushmen, and a lifelong fascination with the land brings him back to the desert's beautiful secret ... diamonds.
