If you are celebrating a special occasion, on honeymoon or wish us to do anything special for you please be sure to let us know in advance. Most of our camps are over 250km from the nearest shop!

Likewise if you have certain dietary preferences we must know in advance for the same reason. Unfortunately we do not have Kosher or Hallal kitchens.

If you have any special medical conditions or allergies we would also need to know in advance - please bring enough of your prescription medicines with you.

If you have any special interests such as photography, bird watching or any others please consider a private vehicle which will ensure that the guide is available to look after your interests only.

Please note that our normal rate applies to shared game drive vehicles, transfers and boats only. If you wish to be on your own with your own party you will need to book a private guide or private vehicle.
